Game Brief

Sonic & Knuckles had a revolutionary lock-on system which meant you could lock-on Sonic 3 to create a massive game with all the levels from S3 and S&K; with a save feature (which you needed). You could also lock-on Sonic 2 which allowed you to play Sonic 2 with Knuckles allowing you to find new places. Sonic & Knuckles was a brilliant game in itself aswell (it's a shame it didn't have a save feature of its own though).
